3:1 flame-retardant dual-wall heat shrink tubing — properties and applications:
Co-extruded from polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. Widely used for waterproofing, moisture sealing, insulation and sealing of marine cables, automotive wiring, wire harnesses and metal pipes.
Shrink temperature: 80 °C to 125 °C
Operating temperature: −45 °C to +125 °C

3:1 flame-retardant dual-wall tubing — technical data:
CZY-DWT is a semi-flexible heat shrink tube with a hot-melt adhesive inner layer. The outer wall is radiation cross-linked polyolefin and the inner wall is a specially formulated adhesive. When heated, the inner wall melts and flows into gaps as the outer wall shrinks; once cool, the tube has a uniform, solid wall. Typical uses include waterproofing electronic connections, sealing wire breakouts, corrosion protection of metal pipework, and preventing loosening caused by polymer chain relaxation — for example in underwater lighting, automotive fuel lines and high-end wire harnesses.
CZY-DWT is manufactured by co-extrusion of irradiated crosslinking polyolefin and specifically designed hot melt adhesive. This tubing maybe used in a wide variety of electrical applications, including back end connector sealing , breakouts, and connector to cable transitions. High expansion ratio makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing connectors.
